Collect your evidence. Build your case file.
This tool helps you document what happened and bundle your evidence files into a single zip you keep locally. Nothing leaves your device.
Export first. Billing records in Command Center may change. Export your Revenue Detail Report before proceeding.
You need three things
1Revenue Detail Summary Report — export from Command Center. This is your authoritative billing record.
2Notes tab screenshots — every account showing "an @unleashedbrands.com corporate account" as the refund actor. This proves unauthorized access.
3Duplicate / zombie charge screenshots — accounts hit with extra charges or canceled accounts that were billed.
Store locally only. Do not save to Command Center, any TLGI portal, or Unleashed Brands systems. Personal Google Drive or local hard drive only.

Duplicate charges & zombie billing
1Duplicate charges: Go to Billing History for affected members. Screenshot showing two charges in the same billing cycle.
2Zombie billing: Go to any canceled account that was charged. Screenshot the account status (canceled/expired) alongside the charge in billing history.
Note: if the expiration date isn't visible, the charge on a canceled account still shows in billing history — screenshot that.
How to take a screenshot:
Mac: Cmd + Shift + 4 → drag to select area → auto-saves to Desktop
Windows: Win + Shift + S → drag to select → paste into Paint and save
Windows alt: search Snipping Tool in Start menu
