Why does the Notes tab matter?
The Notes tab on each affected member account shows which user account processed each refund and the exact timestamp. This creates a verifiable record of who made each transaction and when — which is essential for reconciling your ledger and establishing what happened to your revenue.
Do I need to document every single account?
Capture as many as you can, but prioritize: (1) any account showing the *@unleashedbrands.com refund in the Notes tab, and (2) any canceled account that was charged. Even a handful of well-documented examples establishes the pattern.
What is the Revenue Detail Summary Report?
It's a billing export available in Command Center under Reports. Set the date range to cover your affected billing period and export as CSV or PDF. This is the authoritative record of every transaction processed and is the foundation of your evidence package.
